Meet the Doctors

        Dr. Nicholas Snyder, a Nebraska Certified Chiropractor, has been a licensed chiropractor since 2006. Dr. Nick is originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, where he also attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and completed his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Psychology. Dr. Nick attended Cleveland Chiropractic College, located in Kansas City. Since 2008, Dr. Nick has been committed to providing an integrated approach to his patient's needs in La Vista, Nebraska, by offering them better health and a better way of life. On a personal note, Dr. Nick enjoys spending time outside by golfing, fishing, or walking with his German Shepherd. His favorite outdoor pastime is backpacking. On a final note he urges people to take responsibility for their health, and helps them do it naturally. Dr. Nick’s message is for everyone: "Optimal health equals optimal life.”

  

 

Dr. Lindsey Snyder (Lofstedt) joined La Vista Chiropractic in 2010.  Dr. Lindsey grew up in Iowa and graduated from Iowa Falls High School in Iowa Falls, Iowa.  From there, Dr. Lindsey played volleyball at Fordham University in New York City and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences.  Dr. Lindsey continued her education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, and graduated with the honor of Summa cum laude. Dr. Lindsey holds a Certificate of Proficiency in the Webster Chiropractic Technique, a specialized chiropractic technique for pregnant patients.  The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic analysis that reduces interference to the nervous system and facilitates biomechanical balance in pelvic structures, muscles, and ligaments.  Dr. Lindsey is also currently completing her Diplomate of the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). The 360 Hour Diplomate Program includes a 180 Hour Certification Program that focuses on pediatric and pregnant mother’s health through specific chiropractic adjusting and health seminars. Meet the Staff

Crystal Aldmeyer - Wellness Coordinator/Chiropractic Assistant

Crystal grew up in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She attended Creighton University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2004. Crystal later achieved a master’s degree in human services from Bellevue University in 2007, along with her life coaching certification. She recently received her personal training certification from the National Council on Strength and Fitness. She believes that everyone can live a healthy life and take preventative steps in the right direction for overall wellness. “It is exciting to be a small motivator in the lives of so many to make good choices and live great lives,” she said. Crystal enjoys running, boating and spending time with her family.

Crista Eggers - Front Desk Coordinator

Crista grew up outside of Denver, Colorado.  She attended Wayne State College and graduated with a bachelor's degree in communication studies, with an emphasis on organization leadership and public relations.  Crista and her husband, Easton, recently moved to Gretna, where they now call home.  She is excited to join our team, and looks forward to being able to make a difference in the lives of others, by encouraging them to live "well" in all aspects of their life.  Crista enjoys cooking, being outdoors (especially when four-wheeling), and spending time with her family.
